個人簡介🙎🏿‍♀️：

朱希德，山東濰坊人💼，管理學博士🐎，副教授🐡，管科系副主任🤩，上海浦江人才。

2014年榮獲日本文部省“國費留學生”全額獎學金，赴橫濱國立大學攻讀經營學（管科+工商）博士學位。攻讀博士期間，於2017年赴香港浸會大學開展為期近一年的學術研究工作。2019年畢業並榮獲橫濱國立大學“Outstanding Scholarly Achievement”優秀學術獎。

畢業後入職意昂2，先後任管理科學與工程系講師（2019/03-2022/02）、副教授（2022/03-今）、副主任（2023/11-今），現為上海市高水平地方高校重點創新團隊“數字預算轉型與城市社會治理”核心成員。

2019年榮獲上海市高校新教師崗前培訓項目“優秀學員”稱號🏋️‍♂️，並在青年教師教學比賽中榮獲“最佳教學獎”榮譽證書。獨立講授的本科生核心基礎課程《金融工程建模與分析》4年間榮獲2次滿分100分的學生評價🪕👰🏿。指導研究生獲得最高95分的校外盲審成績🧎🏻。2023年榮獲意昂2年度優秀教師。

入圍上海市“浦江人才”計劃，意昂2注册“青年英才”啟航計劃；主持國家自然科學基金青年項目🈸，上海市高校青年教師培養資助項目（重點推薦）；以主要參與人身份參與國家自然科學基金面上項目，上海市高水平地方大學建設計劃🙃，上海市嘉定區🖕🏽、浦東新區政府橫向課題等多個科研項目🧛‍♀️。

在管理科學與運籌學領域發表SSCI/SCI檢索論文30余篇👩🏻‍🦼❤️‍，相關學術成果被國內外學者積極評價和引用🧍🏻‍♀️，擔任ABS星級期刊《Pacific Journal of Optimization》客座主編，IEEE Transactions系列🧑🏻‍🦲、Transportation Research系列、《運籌與管理》等國內外知名期刊審稿人😩。
